- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 slice onion, chopped fine
- 8 oz Roquefort cheese
Mix all ingredients except cheese until blended well. Add crumbled cheese. Refrigerate. Best after a day or so
