Roquefort Dressing

Dad’s Recipe book, page 5

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 slice onion, chopped fine
  • 8 oz Roquefort cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese until blended well. Add crumbled cheese. Refrigerate. Best after a day or so
