Spinach or Broccoli Noodle Casserole

From Dad’s recipe book. Page 2.

  • 3 Pkgs Greens
  • 3/4 lb wide noodles
  • 3/4 lb narrow noodles
  • 1-1/2 pints sour cream
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Cook vegetables and noodles separately for minimum tim. Mix all ingredients and spice to taste (salt, lemon pepper, etc). Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 2 large casseroles.
