Meredith is making kombucha based on Shutterbean (LOCAL[@rev], including PDF of page). She used scoby from our friends, including a bit of liquid starter. In addition to their liquid starter, Meredith used a bottle of raw kombucha (GTs Raw Kombucha Synergy).
