I had BBQ oven fried wings[@rev] and I made seared salmon[@rev] with cilantro chile sauce[@rev] for Meredith and Caroline (well, Caroline's didn't have sauce).
The wings were only dry-brined for about 10 hours but I think that actually worked pretty well! The sauce was butter, BBQ Sauce, and a bit of sriracha.
