Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Sausage, and Butternut Squash [The Kitchn][@rev]
Meredith and my dad put this together doubling basically everything except the rosemary and using vegetarian sausage.
We let it cook extra but it still needed more time! Otherwise, it was very, very good. Especially served with ricotta.
