PaTOTas Bravas and Tortilla Española

We made Patatas Bravas[@rev] but with tater tots, hence PaTOTas Bravas. I also cooked the tots a bit too long. And didn't make enough sauce!
And a Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelet or Spanish Tortilla). I followed the idea from Serious Eats[@rev] but I used canned sliced potatoes and therefore less oil. I also didn't manage the flip and instead just used the broiler. It was pretty good though could probably have used more salt.
