We made Rice Noodle Salad with Salmon and Coconut Turmeric Dressing [The Kitchn][@rev] without salmon but adding the tofu from Gochujang Tofu Fries[@rev]. We liked it enough with the turmeric dressing but actually preferred it with Soy Vey (or the Trader Joes equivalent).
