This was a very long time from writing so I do not remember the details at all. It was basically just the Sloppy Joe[@rev] filling with stuffed mushrooms. As usual, we did the laughing cow in the mushrooms. I think we used less ketchup (ran out) and some tomato paste.
It was an interesting idea and it worked well enough. No huge rush to do it again but interesting regardless.
The green beens were done with Penzy's Sandwich sprinkle
