Meredith made pumpkin protein balls from Paleo Grubs (LOCAL). We used that recipe as a base, but made a ton of changes

• Didn't soak dates since they were pretty moist.
  • But she said she should have though
• Double pumpkin
• Extra walnuts and dates
• No coconut inside, but rolled it in it later (they were really wet)
• Added whey powder

They were good, but pretty moist. Tasted like pumpkin pie!

We put them in the freezer to help harden them.
