Sous Vide Sausage[@rev] (150°F for about 2 hours) and roasted broccolini (350°F for about 40 minutes). As I have been doing, I sliced the sausage and quickly got some sear from the pan.

These were Trader Joes Scicilian Chicken Sausage. They were okay, but we liked some of the others from Sprouts more.
