I tried to make the viral sheet-pan Döner Kebab based this on a combination of

• Chicken Döner Kebab [shredhappens on Instagram]
• Döner Kebab [NYT Cooking]

I did a mix of the spices but largely kept the ratios correct for 1 lbs of chicken.

• 3/4 of a large onion
• 4+ Garlic cloves
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp greek yogurt
• 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 Tbsp cumin
• 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
• (no parsely)
• ~1/2 Tbsp sumac
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp coriander

It was SO WET from the onion. It made it so hard to work with, too easy to spread, bad at crisping, and kind of tasting like an onion. I was not impressed. I'd try again but way less onion (and/or chopped fine, not ground with the processor). Or try different spices. Maybe Koeftas?

I tried to make ramen kind of like Miso-Shoyu Quick-Ramen and Quick Miso Ramen with Soft-Boiled Eggs but I think I tried too hard...

It was largely based on my Chat GPT Discussion: Quick Tahini Miso Ramen for both the ramen and the noodles.

It was not good. Not worth spending much more time on it either
