Cod with Brown Butter Sauce -- back to top
We made White Fish with Pine Nut Brown Butter [New Food Fast] using (very, very old) frozen cod and pecans. Perhaps because of the age of the cod or because it was different thicknesses, we overcooked it and it was very tough. But the recipe was easy enough. We will try it again
