Kugelettes very low fat option included

Sweet

• 32 oz egg beaters
• 1 cup applesauce (preferably home made)
• 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup oil (not needed but good)
• 1 lb noodles cooked
• Cinnamon to taste if not in the applesauce

Spinach

• 32 oz egg beaters
• 16 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• Dash of nutmeg
• 1/4 cup oil (not needed but good)

Mix ingredients and pour into very well pammed or greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or so. They should really puff up and golden brown.
