Meredith was craving a Rad Thai salad which we tried to copy before. While ours was fine before, Meredith wanted to try it again. She used ours as a basis for the ingredients (including the tofu) but was inspired by Minimalist Baker (LOCAL) for the dressing. Her notes were:

• Add garlic (1 clove, microplaned)
• micro planned the ginger
• Added Tbsp of nutritional yeast (inspired by Wander Shoot Taste
• Only 1/2 tsp of sesame oil (instead of 1 tbsp)
• Soy sauce instead of tamari
• 1 tsp of maple
• Cilantro in salad instead of dressing

Notes for next time:

• Less lime in the future
