Caroline turns one!!!

We had a big party for Caroline's first birthday! Meredith was in charge so, while we ample food, we didn't go too (too) overboard. Meredith made most of the desserts and we went with store-bought for the main meal/snacks.

Savory Food:

• Large tray of Chicken Pinwheels from Costco
• Large tray of Shrimp Cocktail
• Veggie Bites (vegan and gluten free) with Bitchin Sauce
• Pita Chips
• Caprese Salad with baguette
• (moose brand) Green Chile dip
• Homemade Pineapple Punch (with spiced rum on the side)
• lemonade

Dessert

• Hummingbird Cake
• Confetti/Birthday Cake
• Lemon Syrup Cake
  • Also made a small one as a smash cake
• Croquembouche
• Costco small chocolate chip cookies
• Blue Bell Ice Cream: Natural Vanilla and Ice Cream Cone Flavor
