We made pizza using the the Trader Joes pizza herbal pizza crust. As noted in my tips below, I tried a few new things that worked really well but still leave room for improvement.

The pizza was made of

• Vodka sauce
• mozzarella cheese
• salami purchased at the Montery, CA Farmer's Market (see picture)
• Artichoke Hearts
• some spices (???)

Tips:

• Take the dough out of the bag and let it rise in a bowl. Much easier to spread and a better shape. Next time I will leave it out even longer
• Bake it a bit longer. We did closer to 15 minutes. (I did 475°F but I think I will do 500°F next time)
