Milk Chocolate Cookies and Cream Cookies from Joy the Baker (LOCAL)

Meredith’s Notes

• forgot vanilla
• Used semi-sweet chips instead of milk chocolate
• chilled 24+ hr. First batch was hard to scoop. Second batch was easier and came out nicer as you can see from the trays. Next time, let it warm up

They were good and very reminiscent of cookies and cream ice cream. But “not everything I wanted them to be”. Not my “go-to” cookie recipe.
