Meredith made Tuna Pasta Salad from The Kitchn (LOCAL)

Notes:

Light on sugar, oil, black pepper and lemon juice (1.5 of the giant ones)
- About 1/4 cup of oil (and probably about the same of lemon juice)
Red onion instead of shallot

We liked it enough. Caroline was not very impressed but she just may not have been hungry
