Meredith made Zucchini Strata with some notable changes:

• Used cheddar (the Parmesan went bad) but we liked it more!
• Used non-fat Greek yogurt for sour cream. That wasn’t really noticed so we would do that again!

The bread was defrosted from Burque Bakehouse
