Meredith made Greek Nachos. The ideas was inspired by Better Homes and Gardens but she kind of just did her own thing.

It was:

• Browned beef with "Shawarma Seasoning" mixed it (which really did give it the essence of shwarma!)
• thinly sliced red onion
• cucumbers (home grown)
• tomatoes (home grown)
• home made tzatziki
• hummus
• Kalamata olives (for Meredith)
• spinach (especially for mine which was more salad)
• pita chips
• feta
• Za'atar sprinkled on top.

It was really good and pretty easy. Also a fun new thing
