I made Egg Roll in a Bowl [Eating Bird Food]. I was initially skeptical given the lack of oyster sauce but I ended up really liking it.

My notes:

• 1.5lbs turkey (so 1.5x)
• 1 lbs (whole bag) Cabbage. This is going pretty heavy
• Extra sesame oil and also used some coconut oil (what we had) to sautee
• Lots and lots of garlic (7 cubes? 9? I don’t remember)
• 4 ginger cubes
• 1/4 cup (low sodium) soy plus some more to taste.
• Heavier on the sambal oelek

The flavor was surprisingly good and I liked all of the veggies. We will do this again
