Meredith made Sausage and Bell Pepper Slab Quiche [Pillsbury] with Spinach and jimmy dean maple sausage she had cooked a long time ago and froze.

It was pretty good though very wet. We didn't think it was even fully cooked but base don temp, it certainly was! The kids were more iffy about it.
