Meredith filled them with Mustard-Shallot Bechemel (LOCAL[@rev]) plus ham, cheddar, and lightly steamed broccoli. She just used that recipe for the sauce. The crust was our pie crust[@rev] but she was really struggling and ended up using some store bought puff pastry
She liked it a lot; especially the pie crust ones (though it didn't work as well).
