Meredith made Hawaiian rolls, almost on a whim. They were for the BBQ Jackfruit[@rev]
She used the recipe from The Perfect Egg[@rev]. She followed the recipe closely but adjusted the flour down a bit by feel as the dough came together. And she did it all by hand! It was a half batch
They were really good and made for a nice and fun addition to dinner[@rev].
We calculated about 210 calories per roll.
