Romesco Sauce/Dip

Originally from Love and Lemons (local^[@rev])

1 red bell pepper (roasted at home or buy in a jar and drain)
1 large, or 2 small slices of ciabatta
1/4 cup hazelnuts or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup roasted and lightly salted almonds, ~~blanched and peeled~~
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tomato paste + 3 tablespoons water
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
red pepper flakes, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste
2-4 Tbsp cup good olive oil

Adjust all seasonings to taste

Combine all ingredients but oil in a food processor and add oil until it becomes a thick paste
