Corn Kugel

1 can corn niblets drained
1 can creamed corn
1 8oz box corn muffin mix
3 beaten eggs
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Mix all together, pour in a greased 9x9 baking dish. Bake one hour at 350.
