Passover Kugel Harriet's recipe

• 1 box farfel, soaked and drained
• 5 eggs beaten with a fork
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 large apples, grated or 1-2 cups applesauce
• 1 1/2 to 2 cups raisins

Mix all together. Bake in 2 well oiled 8" baking dishes or one 9x13 for one hour at 350.

Recipe can be halved.
