Passover Kugel Harriet's recipe

1 box farfel, soaked and drained
5 eggs beaten with a fork
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
3 large apples, grated or 1-2 cups applesauce
1 1/2 to 2 cups raisins

Mix all together. Bake in 2 well oiled 8" baking dishes or one 9x13 for one hour at 350.

Recipe can be halved.
