Honey Cake

From Dad's recipe book, page 39. Noted that it is "From Justin's Class")

1 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup honey
1 cups (cooled) coffee
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients into lagre bowl. Make a well and add all liquid ingredients. Mix together thoroughly and add raisins and nuts. Bake at 350 for 45-60 min in a well-greased tube/bundt pan.
