Dad's Recipe book, page 5

1 pint sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 slice onion, chopped fine
8 oz Roquefort cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese until blended well. Add crumbled cheese. Refrigerate. Best after a day or so
