From Dad's recipe book, page 11
Dough
1 cup margarine
8 oz pkg cream cheese
4 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
Filling
9 oz Apricot Preserved
1/2 cup nuts chopped fine
1 can shredded coconut
1/2 cup white raisins
1 cup sugar mixed with 2 tspcinnamon
Combine margarine and cream cheese and beat til smooth. Gradually add flour and sour cream. Beat untilthoroughlyblended. Chill overnight.
Blend together preserves, nuts,coconut, and raisins. Divide dough into 6 balls and a floured board. Rolle each ball into a 9 in circle. Sprinkle some sugar andcinnamonmixture. Slice eachcirclein 1/2 then slice each 12 into 5 wedges (total 10). Place one teaspoon of filling in the center of each wedge. Roll up starting at wide edge. Roll in remaining sugar. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
