From Dad's recipe book, page 13-14
Meatballs -
Mix well adding water if needed. Shape into tiny meatballs
Soup
Boil 10 cups water. Add 8 chicken bouillon cubes, 1pkg.Spinach and 1/4-1/3 cups acini Dipepe.
As soon as spinach is thawed add meat and cook 5 minutes. Beat 3 eggs well, add 1-1/2 tbs flour and 2 tbs parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour into soup in thin stream while stirring Let cook a few minutes and serve with grated cheese
