Wanted a pretty fast and simple meal so I sauteed up some spinach that did not have much lifetime left and made a tomato sauce. The sauce was diced tomatoes, with some mini-sweet peppers and cayenne. Both of the peppers also were on their last legs. So, it was a fast meal that also used up expiring produce. The pasta is just Barilla whole wheat rottini.
