Made a frittata with brocollu, peppers, onions, garlic, etc. I used a lot of adobo powder to give it some more flavor than just egg. After it was almost done, I threw in some well cooked gimme lean chunks. Overall, it was very good.
A nice low point breakfast with the total (2-4 servings) being 4 for gimme lean, 2 for eggs, 1 for cheese.
