Originally from here but we made some changes.

Changes

• 1.25 to 1.5 lb extra lean ground beef
• 2x (or more) nutmeg, oregano and cinnamon in tomato sauce
• no raisins (just forgot)
• extra garlic
• almond milk instead of 1%
• White whole wheat flour
• Graffiti eggplant
• Sprinkle eggplant with salt before cooking. Also cook longer until more done
• Smart Balance

Points (from 2010-09-10): 30 for the entire thing!

_2010-12-17 note: _We more than doubled the seasonings and it needed it!
