Garlic Pork Chop and Mixed Vegetables

The pork chop was okay. Not great. I cut slits in it and filled it with garlic. I then used some cayenne pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Like I said, it was good but not great. I am trying to replicate what I have had before but I cannot seem to get it.

The vegetables was just a frozen mix with butter spray, garlic powder, cheese and 21 seasoning salute.
