We wanted something Asian and fast because we just got back from H-Mart (a gother asian supermarket with a crazy produce section, the spoils of which will be posted soon). We just sautéed broccoli, extra firm tofu and some other veggies with brown rice. We added reduced sodium soy and a bunch of other things. We also had a bit of "fried" egg beaters.
