IMG_1532.JPGWe threw this together quickly. In the past, we really liked mixing roasted cauliflower with soy chorizo. This is essentially the same idea. We roasted 2/4 head of cabbage and then sauted a whole soy chorizo with half of a leftover seitan chicken and some capers. Topped it with a fried egg.

Nothing special but it was easy!
