IMG_1994.JPGI got this idea from Serious Eats. It is a frozen fruit mousse. It is super easy and low points. You take around 1/2 lbs of frozen fruit and chop it well in a food processor (~1 min) with 2-3 splenda packets. Then you add an egg white and let it go for 2-4 minutes. What you get is a super creamy, low point mousse. I guess you may want to count some points given that it is a lot of points, but still, it is mostly fruit
