I worked really late and needed to make something fast. I also wanted to use the new type of seitan I bought (pictured below) so I made a quick stir-fry. It was just a one kohlrabi and a quarter head of cabbage. I roughly halved my usual balsamic sauce[@rev] though I probably should have done a full amount.
There were two real problems with this dish.
It was nice having a quick and easy meal, but this was not a good meal
