We made our pretty regular snow pea stir-fry[@rev]. We used cooked shrimp by accident but other than that, it was pretty good. The pan was very hot so we had to move fast but that wasn't too bad.
We also made cauliflower rice[@rev] (though I overcooked it a bit). And I had some kabocha squash
