Meredith made pumpkin protein balls from Paleo Grubs (LOCAL^[@rev]). We used that recipe as a base, but made a ton of changes

Didn't soak dates since they were pretty moist.
- But she said she should have though
Double pumpkin
Extra walnuts and dates
No coconut inside, but rolled it in it later (they were really wet)
Added whey powder

They were good, but pretty moist. Tasted like pumpkin pie!

We put them in the freezer to help harden them.
