Meredith made Buffalo Chili using this How Sweet Eats Recipe (LOCAL[@rev]). She used the recipe as the base, but didn't do it in the crock pot. Her changes were:
It was pretty good. Kind of spicy but flavorful. Meredith also made a ranch with Penzeys ranch powder, sour cream, milk, and greek yogurt.
I would make it again, though probably not a regular.
