Meredith made a Smokey Egg Salad for lunch based on her favorite Deviled Eggs Recipe[@rev]. She used that recipe except also added the egg whites chopped up.
The biggest change was that instead of making the frizzled shallots, we bought canned onions. Make it a lot easier!
