Meredith was craving a Rad Thai salad which we tried to copy before^[@rev]. While ours was fine before, Meredith wanted to try it again. She used ours as a basis for the ingredients (including the tofu) but was inspired by Minimalist Baker (LOCAL^[@rev]) for the dressing. Her notes were:

Add garlic (1 clove, microplaned)
microplanned the ginger
Added Tbsp of nutritional yeast (inspired by Wander Shoot Taste
Only 1/2 tsp of sesame oil (instead of 1 tbsp)
Soy sauce instead of tamari
1 tsp of maple
Cilantro in salad instead of dressing
