Meredith made Pantry Peach Cobbler from Southern Kitchen (LOCAL[@rev]). She followed the recipe pretty closely excepted it needed more time in the oven than we would have expected.
We liked it enough though you could tell it was canned peaches. And while it was good, it was certainly not the best cobbler. Great for a pantry type dish though,
