Meredith made a faster version of our Soy Chorizo Ragu[@rev] also using spaghetti squash instead of zucchini. The basic idea was that she used simple jarred pizza sauce in place of making out own.
She said it worked really well and was very good. Seems like a nice, easy, quick meal.
