Meredith made One-Pot Mushroom Pasta from The Kitchn (LOCAL). Her notes are below:

• Was a bit shy on cream (half and half) so finished with milk
• Shy about 2 oz on mushrooms.
• Butter instead of olive oil
• Better than Bullion
• Served with some chopped chicken and garlic sausage
• Topped with cheddar gruyere since we were out of Parmesan (and Meredith prefers it)

Next time double mushrooms! It was really good and really easy. I think it would be great with a skewer of grilled shrimp on the side.
