Meredith made One-Pot Mushroom Pasta from The Kitchn (LOCAL^[@rev]). Her notes are below:

Was a bit shy on cream (half and half) so finished with milk
Shy about 2 oz on mushrooms.
Butter instead of olive oil
Better than Bullion
Served with some chopped chicken and garlic sausage
Topped with cheddar gruyere since we were out of Parmesan (and Meredith prefers it)

Next time double mushrooms! It was really good and really easy. I think it would be great with a skewer of grilled shrimp on the side.
