Meredith made Instant Pot Egg Bites[@rev] inspired by armadillo eggs[@rev]. She crumbled and browned Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage and chopped up pickled jalapeño peppers.
They puffed again while cooking which was annoying but otherwise, they were very good! An interesting twist!
